Blissful flavours and colours of Italy come together in the heart of Tbilisi.
Our two chefs - Mipan Mazzuccheli and Matteo Boifava came from Italy’s treasured place of gastronomy on a mission to transform their grandmas’ recipes into comforting and joyful dishes with a touch of fine dining extravaganza.
My food philosophy has been passed down through generations in my
family and was taught to me by my grandmother in a little village near
Verona where I grew up: Have respect for the ingredients that you work
with and keep the flavors simple. Always let the food speak for itself.
I have always tried to let these words reflect in every aspect of my
cooking. I believe that always sourcing the freshest ingredients, ensuring
that I support sustainable and organic farmers and buying local
whenever possible is the key to cooking authentic Italian cuisine.
I hope that this philosophy and the joy of Italian cooking will be
present in every bite you take.
Filini is a very diverse venue with multiple spaces for functions, parties and events. We offer two semi-divided areas: The Dining Space and The Lounge - both can be used for private dining and various occasions.
The Dining Space is also available for full or partial venue hire.
